Registration Process
Fill out the form below and click the Continue button at the bottom.
WELCOME TO FISH 2024-25!
Registration begins 4 June 2024.
CURRENT FISH MEMBERS: If you were a FISH member for the 2023-24 school year, please do not reapply. Just do the following:
1. Pay the registration fee (balance in the top right-hand corner).
2. You will be prompted to update your profile. Please make sure you have adjusted your child’s grade for this year so that you can get the correct emails.
3. When you update your profile you will be prompted to complete Waiversign (remember you need one for each student at least one parent).
4. Also when you complete your profile you will need to read/agree with several documents (Statement of Faith, Child Training Covenant, Code of Conduct, and the Parent and Player Agreement).
NEW FISH MEMBERS: If you are ready to join FISH and are not an existing member:
1. Complete this online registration & pay with Paypal link at the end of process.
2. You will also complete Waiversign and attest that you have read and agree with the four documents.
FISH 2024-25 PRICE: No change this year.

Early Bird - $85 (June 4-11)
